To proceed with the partnership, the minimum order quantity for NGF132 Parking tags is set at 500 units. Prices for this quantity will be shared with you by your dedicated manager. To qualify for the exclusive selling option in your area, it is required to maintain a minimum stock of 1000 packs of NGF132 Parking tags at all times.

As part of our commitment to maintaining the product's integrity and reputation, there are specific terms that need to be agreed upon while doing business with NGF132:

  1. It is strictly prohibited to sell parking tags loose or without their corresponding envelopes.

  2. The selling price must adhere to the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and should not fall below 90% of the MRP.

  3. We expect all partners to maintain exemplary customer relations, displaying politeness, and refraining from making any false promises.

  4. As the exclusive distributor for your designated area, you may anticipate receiving bulk leads and orders, with your name prominently featured on our APP and Web platform.

  5. The partnership agreement will be valid for one year, with the option for renewal thereafter. Renewal necessitates placing a new order for 1000 units or more.

  6. Should there be any breach of the aforementioned terms, or if it's discovered that you are stockpiling inventory without actively engaging in marketing and sales activities, the company reserves the right to terminate the agreement.

  7. Refunds of up to 75% of any unsold items are possible. Upon receipt of returned items, refunds will be processed within 10 days. All return and refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of product delivery. Refunds will be issued solely in the form of credit, which can be utilized for purchasing other NGF132 products.

  8. All shipments will be handled exclusively by couriers, with no provision for self-pickup/drop to maintain proper shipment documentation.

  9. Requests for changes to the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) or special packaging will not be entertained by the company.

  10. Marketing materials will be provided free of charge. The maximum expense the company can incur for providing marketing materials is limited to 25% of your purchase order.

  11. Compensation for field executives is capped at one person for two months, with a maximum salary of 5000 Rs. A minimum of 100 units sold per month is required, and seven days notice must be provided in advance.

  12. The company reserves the right to appoint a new distributor in the event of agreement expiration or lack of responsiveness on your part.

We are fully committed to supporting your business success and will provide all necessary assistance in marketing and sales efforts. This includes providing marketing materials such as pamphlets, brochures, and even branded merchandise like T-shirts. Additionally, if you choose to hire a field executive for sales, we are prepared to contribute up to 50% of their salary (maximum 5,000 Rs).
(Field Executive Salary would be provided by NGF132 for the 2nd and 3rd Month of hiring )
